Account Access & Security
To ensure a seamless transition, your existing account data has been preserved. You can log in using your current credentials.
Note: If you experience any initial authentication issues, we recommend using the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your access and sync your account with the new security protocols.
Enhanced Community Features
This migration allowed us to implement several high-priority quality-of-life improvements based on community feedback.
A More Transparent Suggestions Portal
We have overhauled the suggestions system to ensure your ideas are organized and actionable:
- Structured Categories: Navigate through ideas easily with our new categorization system.
- Real-Time Status Indicators: Track the lifecycle of a suggestion with clear labels: New, Added, or Denied.
- Cross-Platform Integration: To foster better discussion, all suggestions are now automatically mirrored in our Discord community.
- Legacy Preservation: Every suggestion from the previous system has been successfully ported; no resubmission is required.
Frictionless Applications & Reporting
We have simplified the way you interact with our administrative team:
- Open Access: You no longer need to be logged in to submit Ban Appeals, Player Reports, or Staff Applications. We’ve removed these barriers to ensure timely communication.
- Improved Navigation: All essential forms can now be found instantly under the “More” navigation menu.
Future Roadmap
While the core migration is complete, we are continuing to build out new features. Our current priority is the development of a comprehensive Help Area, which will serve as a central knowledge base for all community members.
